The partial opening of the 1st Ring Road got postponed because they forgot to put up signs so until the project fully opens here are shots of a 1st Ring Road model that will give you an idea of how it will look like once completed.

I wouldnt call this “a major” improvment!
This is just a way around the problem. I think there will be another problem in the next three years or so.
This is like the way around the problem they did for the 5th ring road and bida’a
I hope no one says “urmm we forgot to put enough steel and concrete in the bridge so it collapsed” !!
