Nibaq (he got me into blogging) just posted on his twitter a link to a video of him and his wife camping in Antarctica last November. You can watch the video above in which you can see the Kuwaiti flag planted. I guess that makes them the first Kuwaiti man and woman in Antarctica? [Link]

lol at the penguins
did u know they aren’t allowed to touch the penguins. I don’t think i could resist touching them but if u do touch them you get sent back to the boat to spend the rest of the period there.
wow thats interesting …
I would’nt want to touch the penguins anyway i think they bit 🙂 I would love to go Antarctica. If Niqab read my post please let us know how you went there, how many days you spent there, and how much it cost ? thanks
Lonely Planet has tons of info about this on their website.
i think mish3al al mane3 is the first kuwaiti, he made it back in 2004 if im not mistaken
Doubt he is the first Kuwaiti, but why does it matter?
ooopsie! https://gulfnews.com/news/gulf/kuwait/woman-aims-to-be-the-first-kuwaiti-to-set-foot-in-antarctica-1.761873
lollllllllxxxxxxx kikikikiki
who cares. I can be the first Kuwaiti to do a millions things. How about you compete with the best int he world and make something really test your self
I think people are taking the “First Kuwaiti” thing a bit too seriously.
I think it’s a joke since lots of Kuwaitis have been to Antartica so they are definitely not the first ones. It’s not even really that hard just takes money. It’s only an expensive plane/boat trip, not like hiking up a mountain or something actually hard. There is one girl there right now called Maryam Aljoan, look her up.
I think you take yourself too seriously
Amazing, did you see the Penguins walking around at night. Dose anyone know how can I take this tour or where can I find it they are well organized .
penguins dont bite. they dont have canine teeth to bite.
I think seeing the Kuwaiti flag waving in the remotest land makes me proud and impressed.
I heard it can be dangerous to touch penguins as they may attack. Also, it is illegal and you will have to pay hefty fines! around $5000
oh, the video is without voice 🙁 i wanted to see those kuwaities hanging around there!!!
You can go by plancius, or along with National Geographic. Check national geographic website and you will have the info of their trips. pretty expensive though
