GulfRun 6 – Off To Bahrain

This is the latest GulfRun 6 video and although it’s short it still kicks ass . I’m currently in Lebanon and get back to Kuwait on the 25th and then the following day will head out to Bahrain to catch up with the guys. If you’ve never been to a GulfRun event you should at least once. [YouTube]

HAHAHAHA!

if you got skills and horse power you can’t beat a 911 Turbo with an M5!

I’m so going next year.

True, yeah just ran the video on hd and saw the decals+ fogless bumper

that’s a BIGGER JOKE! videos should be reasonable somehow, specially for such a competition.

Its the closest F1 circuit where you can actually race the cars. If there was such a thing in Kuwait, I’m sure they would hold it here.

GR might be short one guy this year. I saw an accident photograph in Arab Times of an overturned sports car. Since it was covered with GR stickers I guessed it must have been one of the drivers.

Yeah the guy had a freak accident, he was pushed off the road by another car and that driver took off, when we saw it was as if the whole thing was in slow motion, luckily the driver is fine

From that picture it seemed to me like he was trying to take the corner too fast and lost control, which is why his wheel completely broke off from the force of the impact with the curb.

That was on Sour Street, Close to Al Falah Carwash, as far as i know the driver tried to save himself and some other car from an accident where the car that hit the Lambo did a hit&run.

you can tell all that just by looking at 1 picture? u have mad skills my friend. I love how ppl draw their own conclusion based on nothing and then tell a story about it as if they were there. Glad to hear the driver is ok.

Can anyone tell me what time are they starting the race and how much the tickets cost and details, because they are not mentioned in their website.

i will never respect this event ever again.
they tried to stop roadrushkwt so you can monopolize this section. this was stubborn, ignorant and frankly just wrong.

i’m for people who think that roadrushkwt must thrive.

Abdulla,
I respect your opinion, but roadrush caters women-only and this isnt a field we are involved in. Therefore we would have no benefit of stopping their event and we have even extended our support to roadrush.

The goal behind GulfRun is to promote track awareness and safe driving; in addition to giving participants the ability drive their own cars on the track.

We welcome competition and all other events to raise track awarness in hopes of having our own track in Kuwait.
