Even though the official opening of the Historical Vintage & Classic Cars Museum has been postponed till next week, the museum is actually open right now. Their timings are from 9AM to 12:30PM and 5PM to 8PM. They’re located across the street from Tilal Complex in Kuwait City. Tilal Complex is right next to City Center for those of you who don’t know it.

Get to the Sheraton Roundabout and then take the exit before the First Ring Road exit and head straight past the traffic light and over the bridge. City Center will be on your right, then Tilal. The museum is on the left side so you need to U Turn.

Halim Choueri was my professor back in university. really a great guy and was lucky to have him teach me. I highly doubt I would be a good designer today if it wasn’t for him.
I didn’t know he was your professor!! 🙂 Yes, he must have been a great teacher, I’m sure; he was a charismatic presence in the workshop.
Have you been able to find about the days when the museum opens? If not, I guess I’ll find out when we stop by at the new Tilal Gallery. Thanks again, Mark! 🙂

Not sure if you will get this, 13 years since the first post, but we have gone by the museum several times the past week and it seems to not be open any more? I am assuming the big gates in front would be open if you are open? My son even went up to try to open the gate.
I hope to know that you are still open, and when/what timings.
