Johnny Rockets have started this new frequent burger program where if you order 5 burgers your sixth would be free. Its pretty cool except for the fact on the back of the card it says that its only valid at the Marina Mall branch where I had lunch. I don’t know why that is since all the Johnny Rockets belong to the same person and it would be pretty unpractical to carry a bunch of cards around one for each different branch..

You know, when I was in Canada, my mall had Johnny Rockets and NO ONE went to it. It was considered bad. But here everyone is CRAZY about it and it does considerably well. I guess bring any franchise from outside and it will do very well here. I’m waiting for Tim Hortons to open shop here then I’ll be more than happy.
They bind each card to each branch because is saves them more and it costs you more money to get that free burger. Unless you up and zerg one branch.
I think they want to do that to boost business in the one location! But for how long will this offer be in effect!

I think they did this because no one actually eats at the Marina Mall location. I’ve been there many times and found the place empty.
Subway (which is a last resort for me) is notorious for having a “floating” policy on their subway stamps. You can go to one branch “Sorry sir we don’t accept.” Another branch: “Would you like a card for your stamps?”
We need a decent toasted sub place – something other than Schlotzsky’s
not sure when you’ve been to the marina branch but when the weather is nice like it recently has been you can’t find a place to sit outside. always super packed.

anyone knows why Subway stopped their stamps thing which is going on for ages everywhere else in the world and like its part of the Subway heritage for patronage? I just find it unpractical.
