I dropped the review score for LoFat yesterday to a 3.5 out of 5 because as some people mentioned, LoFat doesn’t provide any nutritional information nor the amount of calories in their meals. This kind of information is important for people who are watching their weight and should be provided.
Anyway today some people from my office placed an order to LoFat at 11:30AM, by 2PM they still hadn’t delivered the food so we had to cancel the order. This isn’t going to effect the original rating since they have been delivering on time in general, I just don’t know what got into them today..

i can’t figure out where the h*ll this place is from their map. Don’t know road names (in Salmiya at least, they’re all “al-” something. If i can find it, i’ll drop by and talk to them… it’s very easy to calculate nutritional information if you know what to look for. Mind you, kinda pointless in Kuwait. A salad for 1 in Chilis would feed a family of 4 in Europe! Fat b*stards.

we just got the menus today. no one can seem to be able to figure out the menu, too fucking cluttered.
We were really excited to try LoFat after reading your review. We placed an order for the chicken wrap, veggie wrap, roast beef sandwich, a beef wrap, and the unfried fries. We place the order at 5:30pm. It didn’t arrive till 7:10pm! That’s one hour and 40 minutes later! Totally unacceptable. The food was, needless to say, ice cold by the time it arrived. The chicken was ok (a 3 out of 10); the beef was inedible (it tasted like FISH!!); the unfried fries were frickin disgusting. They were like frozen potatoes taken out of the freezer to thaw and then served up with some burnt rosemary. NASTY. The only positive thing is that we got the order for free since I called to complain about how long it was taking. The brownies were alright, but not the best ever and I am absolutely certain they are NOT low fat. What a disappointment.
checkout their new menu ,, large vaiety of new stuff including pasta and pizza all with nutritional information (fat, calories, carbohydrates,etc.) ,, plus they have cars now for delivery and it really doesn’t take long to deliver food,, It kind of normal that when a new restuarant opens delivery is not that good and the food is not as expected , but now they are way better since they not new anymore in this business.. yeah and one more thing they added cheese burger to their menu too !! 😉
