Perhaps instead of getting dog licences, all the dog owners in Kuwait could save their money and buy plastic bags and gloves to SCOOP THAT POOP when out walking their canine friends……my kids don’t like playing in sh*t….just a thought.

I clean up after my dog which is why i get really pissed off when i find poop left by other dog owners in my neighborhood. People just don’t care
Thanks for your support here Mark- I too used to own a dog- well several in my time, and we always kept our in the yard and when we took it out kept it on a leash and brought some pooper scooper with us.
