I just found out that Samir Saeed passed away from the injuries he sustained after being hit by a car while jogging. This is extremely sad news and I really don’t know what to say.

I grew up admiring Sameer and always imitated his marvelous athletic jumps. I shed a tear when I heard the news..

I had not heard of Samir Saeed until these posts. Clearly, though, a very well respected football player and ambassador for Kuwait football.

he was named “The best goal keeper in Asia of all times” by FIFA..and he didnt concede a single goal in the 87/88 season including penalties..simply the best goal keeper kuwait has ever had (that includes ahmad al tarabulsi in my opinion)

Terrible loss, what a horrible way that driver must have driven to kill kuwait’s best ever talent produced. Atleast now rash drivers should wake up and stop misbehaving and abusing!
