Now that is an entrepreneur! One of my friends and I did some consulting work for a start-up company that was starting operations in Kuwait. They had chosen their name (had it on the licenses) and were about to create a website. They didn’t pay either one of us and were really nasty about it, so we bought every domain name we could think of with their company name! They had to come to US to by one back.
A domain-squatting lawsuit could relinquish his control over the domain. What a tool.
