Last month I posted on 248PM about these oreo stuffed cookies I had seen online and I quickly messaged my best friend Essa from Choowy Goowy and told him he HAD to make them as well. So he made some for me, after a bit of changes namely getting the size of the cookie right he’s now gone ahead and started producing them. He’s also started making stuffed brownie cookies which I haven’t tried yet. As I said before this is a great idea, as stuffed or layered desserts are in trend now! (as a pastry chef I can say this …hehehe) am curious to know how they will be received by the end consumers 🙂
