Planet Hollywood has gone bankrupt twice and closed over 100 stores worldwide; They now have less than 20 worldwide locations left.
The one in Kuwait has been under construction since 2009 in the basement of a mall .. and has yet to even open publicly.

I disagree, Planet Hollywood Kuwait won’t be a huge success but it definitely will not fail.
Come on guys. I mean we understand that there is no fear in coming here to Kuwait but he doesn’t know much about Kuwait. It is also, difficult to assess for someone who doesn’t have much knowledge about Kuwait whether or not there is a chance of what’s happening in the region actually happening to Kuwait. Most of this stuff kind of just initially happened to the surprise of many Arabs let alone foreigners. So I don’t blame him and I don’t think anyone else should too. True, ignorance is bliss and that Stallone shouldn’t really have any worries about coming to Kuwait. However, do you blame him for not knowing that?
Sorry for a slightly “defensive” stance, but I grew up watching Stallone movies and lived outside Kuwait for most of my life so I think we need to put ourselves in other people’s shoes before criticizing. Even the toughest of people get scared… :p

What situation? Are you kidding? Riots in Saudi, rebellion in Bahrain, massacres in Yemen, riots in Oman, not to mention Egypt, Libya, Syria, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, and Jordan. Even Kuwait had protests and at least 2 deaths. I strongly suggest you watch some news.
There’s not much to worry about in Kuwait, but to someone who’s not familiar with the region, it would indeed seem like chaos, from all the media attention recent events have been getting.

I know that very well Yeni…I wanted to know what exactly is making him not come here…and yea the turmoil is not serious in Kuwait as much as it is in other GCC countries, if he is afraid of not coming for ‘that’ reason then it’s a foolish decision according to me, it’s not like something serious gonna happen here nd even if it does (God forbid not) he can easily flee back -.-
