just because there is stupid guys tinting to do stupid stuffs in their vehicles, the ministry ban it. Well how about if you tint over 30% you will be fined by driving your vehicle at night !

Driving my vehicle in the summer is hell without tinting, yet I respect the laws by not doing it and yes LIVE IN HELL !!

Wow srsly? Imma get 2 cars , 1 with 3kis and 1 with normal windows if tinting is ok imma buy a landcruiser for the morning exhaust system and all that and I’d have it all , but for the night normal car,,, so I can become a law obeying citizen

they will impound cars with Clear films (tints).
Clear films will reduce heat and will NOT reduce any visibility.

Yeah, well, the glaring sunlight can hinder your vision field too. So can the jackass harassing you while you drive (if you’re a girl).

They ban anything you stick on your windows, be it very dark or see through super light, like the V-cool ultraviolet tints.

I want to see them remove the tints from people who drive with 100% black. The problem is that the people with that tints are either from big families or from the police / CID / Army.

Very stupid law if they themselves can’t follow it.

Forget film.. there are people driving around with custom fitted sunscreen mesh panels ( removable ) on all windows except teh front windscreen. If they are getting fined for film they should be fined double for doing this .. but my guess is that because it is removable… it is within the L A W !!!

people do get fined for putting these sunscreen mesh panels, it depends on the cop’s mood actually… i have them on the back and put the front when im parked, passed a million checkpoints, nothing happened, but one day, my dad was driving my car, and a cop pulled him over, saying its illegal, let him off with a warning… but in the 4 years ive had them, i never had a problem

I got them too but I pull off the front seat ones at night, of course. And when the dog is in the car with us I gotta pull off the rear seat ones.

Dude the removable kills ur vision from inside if u got tint 100% or the color tints(3kis) its much better visibility than the removable custom fit stuff

After getting pulle over here in Canada for car tint I was told by the cop it’s not a visibility issue but an issue of the safety of the cops at night. I think they are right because at night its dangerous for a cop that pulls over a person and they cannot see inside the vehicle .although I don’t know why the police in Kuwait care it’s not like they work that hard 🙂

Force people to turn their headlights on at night, and my vision will always be ok.

Hell, in germany, you must have some sort of lights on even in daytime. Thats why german cars have an option called “daytime lights”. But dealers in kuwait turn this option off. They want to avoid the risk of changing the bulb when it is under warranty.
in the US too, if you ever imported a car from there, check it, u will some lights always on whenever u turn the lights on.

Here, if you have ur lights on during daytime, people think u want to speed!

A) You can’t hide without tints. We need to know who you are and where.
B) Hiding is bad. You can do things in public which otherwise would not be allowed. This practice leads to rebellions. So only loyalists can be trusted.
C) Tints do obstruct your vision like glasses. But if glasses prevent you from seeing then you take them off. You can’t take off tints willy nilly.
D) Tints are getting a bad reputation with people doing bad things, and it’s time to clear up it’s name. No more whore-mobiles. Keep your wee wee in pants and only use it to pee pee.
E) Tints can lead to unexplained babies.
F) If E does not make sense you should also check for Stds. Yes, in theory tints lead to STDs.
G) You deserve to suffer.
H) You are not Batman, and you don’t need tints.
I) If you are a super hero, Clark Kent used glasses without a tint. And he suffered, since all Heros suffer.
J) No tints creates more heat resistance which you will pass down to your kids. Better genes.
K) Extreme weather changes creates a rubber banding effect on your muscles and stretches them for free.
L) Hot to cold causes you to sweat. This helps the human water system to remove any blockages. It is anti-toxicating(sp).
M) Build up your immune system. The lack of tints will cause you to go into an oven Aka your car, causing you to sweat going into air-conditioning environments making you more susceptible to colds. Gets colds is good for you.
N) tints are like a drug. People don’t need them but want them for no good reason, so we have to help you say No. No to tints.

Woman drivers wearing Niqab in Kuwait is illegal and they are way more dangerous then window tints.

As for the window tints, if that picture is the real reason for disallowing tints, then No they should not fine you for tinting, but only fine you at night as many people here have several cars and easily switch between the tinted one and the none tinted one ;p
If you can fine me in the morning for tinting because it hinders the vision then fine all people wearing sunglasses and all women wearing Niqab should be fined as well.

Does their stupidity affect others? Are their bodies 2 tons of metal than can move at high speeds and do a lot of damage on impact in a fraction of a second. Therefore even a small distraction is dangerous.

Well I think it’s got some sense to it. I don’t want to sound like a nagging nancy but these huge pickups and SUVs that are tinted make it harder for smaller cars to see what’s in front of them.

Imagine being behind a Hummer H2, fully tinted and you’re in something small like a VW Golf. Now you’re behind the hummer in traffic and he’s fully tinted. It’s difficult to assess what’s in front of that SUV, if that SUV slams the breaks abruptly you’ll go right into him. Even if you’re not tail gating, I’ve seen it happen.

Sure you should give space between cars such as 2 cars space, but sometimes that is not enough. So I think the reference to hindering vision is not for the person who is driving the tinted vehicle but for the person who is behind that vehicle. Makes sense to me.

I’m not saying they should be illegal, I’m just saying that the board makes sense if you think of it in the above mentioned way.

It is impossible to read the intentions of drivers with blacked out windows if you cannot make eye contact or read their body language.
Since nobody uses indicators or follows any rules of the road, it becomes very important to try to read the other drivers.

The more rules actually enforced on the roads the better.

If I was a traffic cop I would ticket everybody for every offence with no ecceptions, especially jumping red lights, Driving on the hard shoulder, and doubling up on u-turns.
