Then they fighted!

YouTube is full of strange videos but I love it when I find ones that were shot in Kuwait. Here is a short video I discovered awhile ago about four friends, it was made by the Kung-Fu Dragons of Kuwait and filmed at the Green Island.

Tell me that wasn’t strange!

lool..that was funny and cute! =P

They had so pretty impressive moves!

I just wonder how many redbulls did they drink to get all bouncy like that??

its actually not that bad , The fighting is kinda cool but needs a wee bit more Zing , and the directing and camera angles are good except for the ending scenes, but the story , all i can say is “get a life !!! “

Meshari Al-Afasi doesn’t know if he shall sing or read the Holy Qur’an

i remember watching mazzika channel and there was video clips ranking (top 10),, he was ranked along with Nancy Ajram and Haifa Wahbi,, shame on u Meshari

Surely by “Fighted” they ment “fought”. Has english gotten so bad in this country?!??
It’s the same as “to teach”, in the past tense it’s “to have taught”.
Wow, all the money in the world, and shit schooling!

“I stopped the video once i heard the soundtrack.”

Vampire : I used to like him.. now he is just everywhere!
too much of him 😛 I *think* he liked being rich and famous.
although I really love Fahad el Kandri reading. I’d go for the mosque where fahad is reading not Meshari

What’s up with the attack on Alafasy?

First of all if it wasn’t for him half of us wouldn’t be listening to Quran. Second, do you know that he doesn’t get paid for what he’s doing? Third, you’re comfortably fine with marketing shit songs but when they’re trying to get Quran close to the people and try to replace songs with anasheed you bitch and say it’s a conspiracy? Fourth, the man’s doing good and he’s getting attacked for succeeding.

Get a hobby or somethin’, or go slander someone slander-worthy?

Umm, my post above is aimed at Vampire for the “shame on u” comment, not to defend the Kung Fu fra`3a guys for choosing anasheed for a fighting scene. We all agree it was horrible.

Notice the beards, the Nasheed, and the complete absence of musical instruments. See, religious folks like to have fun too :D. Pretty cool video. They probably belong to one of those religious martial arts schools, which are really popular in Kuwait.

Well, that’s kinda the whole point. The Sheikh is trying to get kids to stop listening to all of this sinful (and really crappy) music, and he’s doing so in a practical approach by providing them with a direct alternative.

Sorry, but we can’t all afford to attend private school. But you know what, those public school kids excell in math/science in comparison to private school graduates almost every time (not discriminating against private schools, just conveying an observation). Go to Kuwait Univeristy and ask any professor. English as a second language is doing pretty good in this country compared to second languages in other countries. Go to the States, how many people there are bilingual? Not too many.

Welcome back Monotheist, 🙂
I don’t think that you are doing us any justice by comparing our linguistic skills to that of The United States.
At least we agree on one thing so far, and that is that the US can only be bothered in learning their own language. However, it is a well known fact that even the English language that they use over there is “corrupt” english. Its called american-english, which is easily compared with Australian-english etc, even the indians use a corrupt form of english. If you were to use the american form of english in any British University, it would not be accepted.
So using the yanks linguistic skills as a comparison to ours is a great injustice.

Biohazard,, i love Al-Afasi but when i saw his video clip on such crap channel along with all the b*tches really hurt me,, i’m sorry for my mistake saying “shame on him” i’m just concerned about him and the holy Qur’an not to be mixed with this sh!t
