Baby Driver this weekend and Dunkirk on IMAX the next weekend. Finally some good summer movies!

“Despicable Me 3” has censorship because say “Boob” in a few scenes.
“Spider-man Homecoming” also has censorship. One of the seen where Liz goes to the pool and one where Ned covers for Peter by saying he was watching 18+ movies. These 2 cuts aren’t that jarring.
“War for the Planet of the Apes” has no censoring.
I really want to watch “Baby Driver” but the movie is heavily synced with its soundtrack and any censorship will ruin the flow.
I saw Baby Driver last night. Outside of a couple of kisses there were no cuts that disrupted the movie and definitely none that interfered with way the movie is edited to the admittedly awesome soundtrack.
I will note though that there were one or two “jumps” within a scene that seemed out of place, even for an Edgar Wright film. Regardless I would not let that discourage anyone from catching this one in the cinema. If you can, try going for the Cinescape 11 at the Avenues. I saw it in Fanar and they desperately need to overhaul their sound system.
