Qortoba Co-op are sterilizing all the shopping carts after use and then covering the handles with a plastic seal. I love how everyone is adapting to the current situation and fairly quickly too.

Life is good when money is not an issue.
This is great, I hope this practice stays around once the pandemic is over, because usually shopping trolleys are so filthy!

Man that pic scared the S out of me! the screen my was zoomed in and I though Mark was saying Qortoba was showing pictures of bodies (like Italy’s) to make people be more careful or something.

They are adapting faster than LA..I am so proud and happy that my parents live in Kuwait now i know they are going to be safe.
Quortuba co-op is a real trail blazer. Hopefully, this will be the standard practice across supermarkets and co-ops across the country
Out of all the hyper markets I visited. City center seems least interested in the protection of their customers. No one cleaning the trolleys. Nor any plastics covering the trolley
that’s not true, i was at city center yesterday, they were providing gloves and all trolleys are cleaned and sprayed before handing to the customer, city center salmiya. not like the qurtuba coop but they are doing their best too.
