2) Their first reaction to the accident “keep going, dont bother”

if you heard the commentary the guy in the drunk driver had other people with him in the car so it wasn’t about getting his attention. plus hitting the curb multiple times would have gotten the attention of the drunk driver if he was alone

I don’t know the cause of such strange accident and whether the driver was drunk or texting, but I know real stories about drivers who died in car accidents after passing out while driving caused by fall of blood sugar or blood pressure..
So it might be a health issue..
Doubt it. Seems like the driver is weaving back and forth. Like Mark, I’d assume he’s under the influence of something.
Plus, he gets control of the car after he crashes into the Range Rover and runs away. You don’t do that if you pass out.
The fact the he/she gets control after the crash makes me think it was texting.
Or as it’s called in Kuwait: “Wednesday”.
Definitely drunk, texters usually drive a lot slower than that.
