A strange escalator accident caught on video.
According to the Associate Press:
At least 20 people have been injured after an escalator at a Tokyo convention centre jerked to an abrupt halt. The stoppage knocked down dozens of people. The worst of the injuries appears to be a broken leg.

Note: If you get a error that the video is no longer available then you most probably are on Qualitynet. They’re having weird issues which they will hopefully solve.

I’d hate to be the first person to fall down @_@
I’ve had problems with YouTube to, and these are some solutions I found:
one way of solving YouTube’s bug is by changing your country content preference from ‘worldwide’ to any other, i.e. UK.
another way is to link your YouTube’s account with your Google’s account. This option is in the YouTube’s account setting. Ever since I’ve done this everything worked will.
How come nothing like this happens when a dumbass presses the stop button in malls? =(
Oops .. ouch : s
if i was on that escalator (god forbid) i would have jumped to the one that is moving upwards, or like some guys did jump to the side !
i remember once i was on an escalator in Kuwait and suddenly it has stopped, i was afraid that it’ll start again while i was walking and fall right on my face ; p but fortunately it didn’t : )
