The penalty was taking during a penalty shoot-out. You can tell from the position of the referee, linesman and second goalie walking back. During a shoot-out, the penalty kick is over after the ball has made a forward movement (seen from the goalie’s perspective). Thus, in this case, the penalty should have never been allowed. No goal…
You sure? Cuz that would mean if the goal keeper touched the ball and it bounced off his hand and went sideways to the goal post and then hit it and went back into the goal that wouldn’t be a goal because the ball stopped moving forward at one point and moved sideways…
