The Ministry of Public Works have updated their complaints app with a brand new interface. The new app looks much nicer but also makes it easier to submit a complaint. The app is called “MPW Emergency 150” and it allows you to submit complaints related to public infrastructure like street or sewage issues. The app is available for both Android and iOS devices.
Now if only the Ministry of Interior can release a similar app…
Thanks Zaydoun

Great Idea. Whats with that name though?
150 is their phone number if you want to call them for an issue instead of submitting it via the app
Are any of these helplines or apps usable in English? I called the Baladiya recently at # 139 and the guy yelled at me “No English” and closed the phone in my face
This app shares photo and location so you wouldn’t have to communicate with them in English or Arabic.
My friend had called 151 with an important query and finally someone answered after almost 3-4 hours of constantly calling up. And the lady on the other side yells, this number only for Kuwaitis, if you have a question send email. Lol
I need to register a complaint against Pharmazone website. They had an offer running for 12 sanitizers for 2.8kd so I ordered. They ended up sending only 1 and said it was a mistake and stuff, so I requested them for a refund and return. But it’s been over a week they just keep saying tomorrow.
