Just found this link on BoingBoing and its crazy. A ton of cars including my favorite a GT-R from the 70’s.

A lucky joe got to tour Nissan’s private Zama storage facility, full of rare and one-off cars from the auto manufacturer spanning several decades. He was nice enough to take dozens of pictures and put them online.

While in London I kept spotting this really cool retro looking car. At first I thought it was a classic British car but when I found a parked one and was able to get closer it turned out to be a Nissan Figaro. When I got back to the hotel room I did a quick google search and it turned out the Figaro’s were produced in the early 90’s and have a small cult following. I am not usually a fan of retro looking cars but I can’t help but not love this one, it just looks really funky. I found a place online that sells excellent condition versions for prices ranging from 3000 to 4000 Kuwaiti Dinars. [Link]

I really dont know how to feel about this. I feel those two brands really don’t belong together. Well unless the Segway had Formula1 shifting gears and that wonderful Ferrari sound with 0-60 in under 4 seconds. Then it would be really cool

Segway have teamed up with Ferrari to release a special limited edition version of their i2 Personal Transporter. Ferrari have used Segway’s as a transportation method around their Maranello factory for sometime now, the Segway PT i2 Ferrari Limited Edition comes in Ferrari’s signature color, red and features the Scuderia Ferrari logo at the base. It has a range of almost forty kilometers off one battery charge and can be easily stowed in the trunk of a car for longer journeys. It comes with a handlebar bag made of leather.

Today is the final race for Formula 1 with the rookie favorite McLaren’s Lewis Hamilton (107 points) and just mere points separate him from his own team mate Fernando Alonso (103) and Ferrari’s Kimi Räikkönen (100).

Also include the drama that has been happening between Alonso and Hamilton then the spy scandal with Ferrari and McLaren it just extra spicing for what looks like will be an great race.

Personally I am cheering for Hamiliton, I like what he has done for the sport and is a new face and really got me into the sport this year.

After months of spy and leaked shots, Toyota finally announced their new 8th generation 2008 Land Cruiser. I am guessing they should be in Kuwait before the end of the year. [Link]

Gulf Run is a yearly event where guys with fast cars take them The registration for the Gulf Run event that will be held on November 15th is now open. The cost for participating is KD365 and this includes:

1. Registration for One Driver and One Car to GulfRun3
2. Qualified Racing Instructors and Drivers to guide you through the track events
3. Automobile transportation from Kuwait to Bahrain and back by Agility
4. Initial medical service team and fire crew on standby

Since its my day off today I decided to go and change the tires on my Wrangler. After a bit of searching I landed at Dunlop and ended up getting my tires from there. I wasn’t planning to get Dunlops but they had a really great offer where if you buy 3 tires they give you the 4th for free.
