Really cool looking Air Force 1’s with a really long name and sadly only one pair made. [Link]

Just ordered a pair of these sneakers. I first saw them in Amsterdam but they were out of stock from my size. Luckily I found two stores online that still had them. [Link]
Its been a while since I’ve spotted a pair of sneakers that I wanted. Just saw these and I’m going to order them since I’ve been wanting white sneakers for ages but they all seemed a bit too boring. [Link]
Looks like the black+magenta combination which I use for my blog is going to get a lot more popular. Adidas released the sneakers above last month which I ended up getting while in London last week and now Puma have released the sneakers below which I will also end up getting. Lucky me!
I sooo want these sneakers! Only 130 pairs of these lucky-red sneakers were made and I desperately want one. I love the embroidered graphics in the red silk texture and the box with the different compartments for the different shoe laces it comes with is really cool.
I found my size on eBay but its selling for KD288! I wouldn’t mind paying that much if the sneakers somehow magically didn’t get old or dirty. But to pay that much and watch dirt and grime cover them… Check out this link for a lot more details and more pictures of the sneakers. [Link]
Finally a new pair of decent looking sneakers got released. This is now on my wish list. [Link]
So many great looking sneakers, so little money and closet space! [Link]
I posted about the ZX 450’s back in July, what I didn’t know back then was that they would be limited to only 563 pairs! Luckily I found a pair online my size and just ordered them, there are still 3 more pairs available on eBay size UK9 and UK10 if anyone is interested.
These are probably the most visually challenged sneakers I have seen but I’ve had my eyes on them since April and I couldn’t resist not getting them. They just look really random, like a monkey put them together or something.
I found the pair on sale at this pretty cool sneaker store here in Munich that sells exclusive stuff. Its not as big as Size? in London but its walking distance from my hotel.
Update: I also got [These] and will be getting [These] and [These]
Still haven’t decided if I like these or not. [Link]
These new sneakers just got announced by Reebok and I think they look pretty cool. Its an interesting concept of using luxury associated materials like snakeskin in the sneakers but I can’t figure out what I could wear it with! [Link]
Just saw these cool looking Adidas sneakers on Hypebeast and I’m loving them. They get released on 08-08-08 which is the same date the Beijing Olympic games begin. [Link]
I hate Crocs because they look funny but I always wanted something similar for the beach. While in Munich I found an excellent alternative, the PUMA RS 100 INJEX. Pretty long but cooling looking name for what essentially is foam injected into a shoe mold. Its very comfy and much cooler looking than the Crocs. At $35 they are very cheap. [Link]
These new sneakers from Nike to commorate the 2008 Olympics look very very comfortable. But at 130€, they aren’t cheap. [Link]
A lot of you (like 99.9% of you) don’t like the sneakers I like and thats absolutely fine by me. But one thing I hope many of you will agree with me on is the fact that Foot Locker and Athletes Foot in Kuwait have the safest and dullest collection of sneakers imaginable. Walking into both those stores yesterday was depressing. After visiting my favorite sneaker stores in London like Size? and Offspring (Foot Patrol sadly closed down) Athletes Foot and Foot Locker both seemed dull, generic and PG rated.
My biggest regret from my London trip was not purchasing the Puma Disc Blaze sneakers. I can’t get them out of my head, kinda like Tara Reid’s boob at P. Diddy’s thirty-fifth birthday party. Its like driving by a car wreck, you don’t want to look but you really can’t help not looking and thats how those Puma’s were. On the bright side I did get the Adidas Oddity’s which I posted about in November.
I don’t mind the local stores selling safe sneakers for the mass, in the end they need to make money and they won’t be able to without catering to the large public. But how about a little corner for the people who want something more than just a white sneaker with 3 black stripes?
Anyway I took some pictures of various sneakers I saw at Offspring which I wanted to share with my readers below. As you can see colorful weird sneakers are something of the norm in London. Visiting a sneaker store in London will actually help you understand and appreciate the London 2012 Olympics logo.
The picture above is of the outside of my favorite Size? store which is located on Neal Street. Offspring’s most popular location probably is the one inside of Selfridges.
