This isn’t Ai, Ai isn’t that stupid. This is someone who searched Google for site under construction and found this graphic and printed it.
Dont underestimate the guy, maybe he meant the website for the contruction project is still underway xD
They might be working on a “data center” 🙂
This reminds me a little of Kuwait’s new terminal T2 which appears to be forever under construction.
