The video above is by Kuwaiti rapper A To The G and he actually mixes in English and Arabic. Video is well shot but skip the first minute. He’s an NES and ACK graduate and you can check out his YouTube channel [Here]. Oh he’s also a boxer.

BigMo sounds alot like Devin the Dude if you guys noticed .. cheesy title I’d have to say, but the rap is how rap should be. Kudos to you.

A to the G name one thing in your style, beats, wardrobe that is different to any other rapper right now. Your lyrics are weak, your beats are abysmal, the arabic was bad, the english was terrible. This is my way of saying, you need to improve greatly, am looking forward to a new song, that doesnt sound like a rip of a T.I song. Good luck and good speed:)

How is that Kuwaiti if we can’t relate to the lyrics or the beat?! if anything the arabic words sounds like from a jordanian singer…

What’s up with all the hating? A-G is a young guy doing something different, creative whilst passing on a message.

He may not be Eminem, but he’s got his own flow and he’s Kuwaiti, which is generally starved of musical talent.

Stop the pathetic comments and get behind him and other local talent.

They’re NOT original. None of the rappers you posted were original. They don’t reflect anything that goes on in Kuwait and they try to copy everything they see in other rappers and adapt it as their own.
Moe – About me : WTF, this guy is talking about “haters” (very original) and about being a G. Look at his face, that’s no G. That’s why there are weight divisions. Feather weight, Heavy weight, etc.

Tweez, who is the real BigMo? I do understand some may go by the name of BigMo, but none of them are me, and I’m not them. This is my art, just like if anyone wanted to draw or sketch or paint.

@ Nightshift- u sound like a typical q8i..u dont knw these people..so who are u to judge on what they have been thru or what they have done to be where they are today? Not ORIGINAL?? do u even knw wht tht means?? as far as im concerned Moe and BigMo are both VERY original and unique in their own way..they each got their own kinda flow and they make it work..and both their lyrics are REALLY good..and Moes wordplay is just plain sick.. not every q8i out there is living the luxurious and glamor life ur family provide u.. some of us actually have faced the real world outside of this country..while others had to even make it on their own in this country..jus cuz ur Kuwaiti it doesnt mean ur parents are gonna spoil u rotten..some people have family issues and struggles..and i think its really cute tht u think gangsters wear baggy clothes and live off crime lol..but then again all i can say is typical kuwaiti..open ur eyes, there is a WHOLE world out there, ur so caught up in urs..

So, what is a real gangster?

There no such thing as a Kuwaiti gangster. I’ve been there and know. I want you to define what a gangster is. To me, it means somebody who’s in command of the streets. Makes his living off people’s needs. Illegal issues are always there.

You’re telling me I act like a typical Kuwaiti, even though I’m not Arab. I’ve lived my life life from poorness in Senegal, off to France, made my move to the US, visited Kuwait once and now I’m in Atlanta.

Nothing wrong with Big Mo, can’t hate, I only listened to it now. However, for the other 2, my point is still valid.

Yes we are Kuwaiti but u don’t know anything, and a few visits to Kuwait does not mean u’ve seen it all, and no not all of us are under our parents wings, times have changed for kuwait & kuwaitis, and like I said a few visits to Kuwait does not mean u know everything about this country or it’s people and especially the streets, which leads me to the conclusion that ur just ur average everyday person who lives on stereo-types just by ur comment on baggy pants lol… And u don’t even have much of an ear for music, and I highly doubt u can spot talent even if it hit u at 300km/h….

Sorry there is nothing original about A2G and Moe there is millions of rappers that sound just like them , but BigMo in another hand is representing real hip hop(which btw is the first kuwaiti rapper ive seen that does such a thing)and i admire that but unfortunately most of the people here dont know shit about real hip hop and most of them got horrible taste in music .

Ok, so let me ask you. Is there much involvement in organized crime in Kuwait? Is Mo involved in this crime? Paying his bills because he’s selling pounds of coke? extortion? guns?

From my experience there, Single guys can’t even get an apartment by themselves, it’s very difficult, so they stay with their parents until they get married. Don’t tell me that’s not true.

College kids rarely WORK and go to school. Their money is not made illegally.

Don’t get me wrong, that’s a good thing. It means crime is low. But why don’t fake being a gangster, know what I mean?

Flawless, please explain to me the level of gangs in Kuwait. Tell me the name of a few well-known gangs and their territories, conflicts, ways of making money, etc. Explain to me how a talented rapper can make money in Kuwait by hosting shows. Where does he host the show @? I need to know these things, otherwise, don’t bother commenting about the first paragraphs.

@ TweeZ: loool are you serious??? have you heard the other “Big Mo” i mean not to offend anyone but that guys music is just regurgitated mainstream cRap.. The Big Mo on this blog however actually has a flow and the lyrical skill to back it up.. There is no need to call him out, they’re on completely different levels and anyone with the slightest knowledge of true hiphop can see that..

Wow, it really makes me sad how people just take ANY opportunity to put others down. You can simply state you didn’t like something without hating. At least they’re pursuing their own dreams and doing their best.

They’re not asking you to love their work; they’re just putting it out there. How many times have we all put ourselves out there and needed support? Can you imagine people making fun of you when all you wanted was to display some of your work?

For the people saying this isn’t rap, you are ignorant. Like anything else, music evolves. This may not be “rap of the early 90’s” but it definitely falls in the rap genre. Look at rapper’s on the radio/television today and you will find the majority of them rapping about tangible objects and status.

A+ for effort.

I think you might be one of those guys that lost to him in a free-style!

The first guy’s rap isn’t catchy, he seems more like one of those youtube guys who make videos for fun.
As for boxing, you don’t have to have a Rocky or tyson physique to be one! Manny Pacquiao is an example, this guy’s figure closely resembles pac-man’s figure.

The second guy’s rap sounds much better, nothing new or original about the material though.

Alright, it’s me (A To The G). Thank you so much for all the people who are a great support. For all the hating comments.. I’m sure that’s a big coincidence or I must say an organized bulk hating comments plan by someone. To be honest, I don’t really care but there’s one thing I need to tell you. If they lined up all my haters and enemies one after another and they gave me a big gun, I would throw the gun and just walk away.. because you guys don’t shake me while you’re living, you don’t shake me while you’re dead. Even though rapping is just a hobby and boxing is what I do, there’s plenty of surprises in the future. I’m sure you’re all a bunch of discouraging Kuwaitis, which is really impressing since we’re from the same country. So what ya’ll need to do right now is RELAX, then go find some thing you’re good at doing, because you SUCK in TRYING to let people down! 😀

A To The G

I honestly wasnt trying to put you down. As I said I hope you improve, you have a lot of courage to be able to go out and do what you do. But you need to improve, your lyrics are horrifying man. HipHop/Rap, contrary what others have said, is the art of rhyming words, all the while, telling a story, its doesnt necessarily have to do with Gangs and Haters.. I urge you to listen to Brendas got a baby by 2pac or A Letter to my unborn child also by 2pac and try to reference these lyrical masterpieces into your work. By rapping you’re an artist, would you call that video you posted on utube a masterpiece by any means?

A to the G:
It’s quite narcissistic to think people are so interested in putting you down that any criticism posted here is a group effort. If you can take compliments, you should be able to take constructive (and no so constructive) criticism, as well.
