This new project by Mabanee (the same people behind Avenues) looks like it’s going to be pretty cool located within Jaber Al-Ahmad City.
The comprehensive development will include a modern, architectural design in a community feel, with several components including 276 residential units and facilities and services to accommodate its residents and visitors including parks, schools and a retail component consisting of international retail and F&B brands. Aventura is expected to open during the first half of 2024.
Going by the video it looks like a neighborhood you’d find in Dubai or Europe with proper sidewalks, bike paths everywhere, and lots of greenery. Ah sidewalks, how I wish we had them in my neighborhood.

Bike paths ?? where did you see that ?? he only said ridding bikes in safe environment, the video didn’t show bike paths.
Not sure how you would interpret “riding bikes in a safe environment” as anything other than a bike path. Video also shows bikes… parked on a “path”.

Saad Al-Abdullah area was supposed to be a “smart city” or something like this project, but alas the MPs intervened and now it’s yet another dull أرض وقرض area like all the others

If you build it they will come doesn’t work in Kuwait. You gotta let them come then build it.
Residential units? For whom exactly? There are so many vacant units already lol. Looks great for sure, but wondering what the thought process behind this project is.
So you’re suggesting all real estate projects stop for good? We’re done? No more new homes or apartments? Nobody wants to move to a nicer place, no new residents are moving to Kuwait or kids leaving their family homes or people earning more money and want to upgrade? You’d be a great planner 👌🏻
There are several places in the development phase including the Al-Mutrta development that promises to accommodate 400,000 – 150+ new schools, etc. then there is the Silk City …plan.Mutra already has roads and by the satellite photos, some buildings going up. I simply do not know where all the buyers will come from.
There will be atleast 5 H&Ms and 10 Starbucks..
For a minute I thought it was Aventura Parks, similar to the one in Dubai.
