Hmm Maki is the one that started the Sushi trend but it looks like he’s jumping on the hamburger trend instead of starting his own this time 😛

Is it a Japanese/American fusion? Cuz I guess it took the Japanese restaurant’s place ‘Shogun’.

How about something new like real funky Mexican ? People jumping on trends will find themselves looking boring to the market.
Maki didn’t jump on the trend though it started it, there were only a couple of JP restaurants until they came around
When you use people to create something and then you take credit for it, I believe its very poor business ethics. Maki did NOT put this concept together! It was a very talented chef who after putting hours and hours of hard work then they, Maki, decide they did not need him any more…and throw him on the streets without any notice? Come on!!!! How is that for fairness…
