Kuwait Karting has been under construction for a pretty long time but it’s finally open. Located inside Kout Mall, Kuwait Karting is an indoor track that is composed of multi-levels with an overall length of 512m making it the largest of its kind in the region.
There are two tracks, a small junior track for kids and a larger one for adults. The junior track is for children 7+ and can hold up to 5 cars at a time with sessions that are 6 minutes long. The adult track is for ages 13+, can hold 16 cars at a time and the sessions last slightly longer at 8 minutes. Both tracks use electric karts.
They’re open Saturday to Wednesday from 1pm to 10pm and 2pm to 11pm on Thursdays and Fridays. They’re opening later today for the first time so I don’t have their prices yet, but once I get them I’ll update this post. For more info they’re on Instagram @q8karting
Update: Here are the prices

Weekday: KD 6
Weekend: KD 8

Price is per session. It was on one of Al Kout’s insta stories
Thanks I’ll update post once I’m back at the hotel!
I assume per session means is not single lap 🙂
Yeah it would be as many laps as you can in that time frame
Why are prices increased for weekends? Shouldn’t it be cheaper?
Higher demand = higher prices, same reason cinema does 50% off on mondays cuz nobody goes on a monday
everybody goes on Monday now 🙂
Some people only go because thy will have holiday but most people have jobs
Al Kout Mall > Avenues
On a side note – you should post about your daily routine. Amazing how you are consistently posting everyday, even when travelling.
Trying to do it everyday but because i’m moving from city to city, its difficult to post on the mornings when i’m heading out on the road.
i need to contact you ASAP
Ok we know the price. But is it worth it?
I don’t think so 🙁
n then you’ll complain there’s nothing to do in Kuwait ! *slow claps*
Besides the price, would love a review of someone’s experience. Anybody having some idea on the track and how the electric cars drive?
I went around 3 pm on a weekday and it was just me and my buddy. The carts are throttled level 1-4 for speed. We are both serious car drivers so he unlocked them for us to level 4 even at that they were fun but nothing crazy. We did two session like that and we set the lap records for the track. Then we did two more sessions with other people and our lap times dropped because they throttled the car. In hindsight it was fun to go when it wasn’t busy but I wouldn’t go again unless I went with 8 friends as racing against other people is pointless on a narrow track as it’s hard to pass. Personally I prefer the track at Kuwait motor town better for now. We spoke to the manager and he’s talking about doing leagues. More to follow.
do u remember what times u got (that were the record times)? and also do u have any more detail on the leagues thing? thanks
