The redesigned website looks a lot cleaner and up to date than the current version as well as being easier to navigate. It’s looks great, and it is quite easy to navigate.
Looks surprisingly good and user friendly compared to other government websites. https://www.paci.gov.kw was good example too until latest redesign 🙁 have no idea who approved this changes on PACI, but newer website looks like garbage compared to old one :/

That is honestly unhelpful.
One, it shouldn’t be a pdf, because it is impossible to copy/paste or Ctrl-F to find a specific section in a scanned PDF (and sometimes even a pain to copy paste in a regular converted word document PDF; e.g. the links to the other laws on the website).
Two, if you are going to upload a PDF, do I need to crane my head to the right to read it, or hold my laptop/monitor sideways? At least get the orientation right, and not use scanned photocopies that don’t help at all.
That said, a much cleaner, more user friendly website than before.
whats the ‘tell me how are you’ service?
Might be something similar to what they`ve done in Abu Dhabi. Residents can suggest improvements.
