Ehsan Burned Down

Late last week the most popular car upholsterer Ehsan burned down. Ehsan was considered one of the best if not the best upholsterers in Kuwait and there were customer cars that were parked inside being worked on that all sadly burned. One of the cars that was confirmed to have burned in the fire was a beautiful white 1990s Honda NSX that belonged to the owner of B-Tune Performance.

I heard the fire supposedly started at around 3AM and when I passed by in the afternoon (picture on top) there was still smoke coming out of the building and fire trucks parked in the back still putting off the fire. I passed by again the following day and there were still fire trucks there and I saw that the whole building had collapsed into itself. I feel really bad for everyone that lost their car and I hope they get insurance money although I know that won’t bring their cars back.

I pray that that entire car workshop area burns to the ground. What a shitty place to have those kind of businesses.

lol that’s what you’re sorry about that? not that you just wished many people’s livelihood to be burned down to the ground? you could wish them to be relocated, you know -_-

its not easy to put out fires .. think of the hard work the firefighters have to do.to bring the situation under control !. think of the damages such events can cause.. prevention is better than cure….wishing bad is not a solution.

Tbh i do feel sorry for the firefighters, these buildings are a fire hazard and really arent worth having putting their lives at risk to save. It is land encroachment, an eye sore and along with domestic workers a prime location of modern slavery. I do hope alot of these places shut down even in other areas and get replaced with modern well equipped buildings that contain educated (in mechanical engineering) workers.

Hope all you want. As long as there’s some poor bastard that they can pay 1/10th or 1/100th the wages to do the work a more “educated” worker could do, they’ll go with the cheapest option. If a slave dies…you can always buy another slave. There are ten, or a hundred, or a thousand waiting in line to replace him.

So the workers that work at upholstery shops have to be mechanical engineers now? Lmao wut. Restaurants that sell falafel and shawarmas should also only hire people with a culinary degree.

Conclusion: If you’re educated and have a degree then you aren’t considered as a slave.

And also… we get it, you prefer malls.

I thought I heard once upon a time that area and the old shops by the old Amiri hospital were going to be demolished because they weren’t safe. I was in the area when the other fire happened and the guys of Ducati were getting all of the motorcycles out in the street. That should’ve been a sign to move. Thankfully no one died but that area is definitely not safe.

I doubt there is any insurance that will cover those cars that were lost. That NSX was beautiful.

the garage has to have insurance to cover the car damages. happened with one of my cars last year a guy works in a protection car detailing smashed my car on a wall in their garage. we went to police station to give a statement what happened and he said he has company insurance. later they gave me 100% repair in dealership on their insurance.

samething ehsan’s insurance will cover the car damages either repair of payment if total wreck to car owners.
