Monkey Guy

Every morning I pass by McDonalds for breakfast and every morning I see some of the weirdest things. You would think most of the strange things happen late at night but with my experience there is as much of it going on very early in the morning, at least at the Gulf Road branch.

One strange character I see very often is monkey guy. He’s a guy who visits the McDonalds Gulf Road branch early mornings with his pet monkey. He just hangs out outside with his monkey dressed up I’m assuming to try and chat up the girls.

Too much makeup girl: “awww look how cute…”
Monkey Guy: Jackpot!

Now recently I’ve noticed snake guy. Yeah you guessed it, a guy who comes in every morning with a snake around his neck. With monkey guy I can understand his plan but snake guy just confuses me. Unless..

Too much muscles guy:
“awww look how cute…”
Snake Guy: Jackpot!

Seriously though one of the McDonalds employees there should set up a blog of some sort posting about all these strange characters. I’d buy the book even!

I <3 monkeys!

However, if i saw a snake inside Mcdonalds, i would be screaming my lungs out and scrambling for the door! They shouldn't allow maniacs to turn local fast food joints into reptile houses!!! If i wanted to coo over a snake i would do so in the safe sanctuary of the aquarium behind a thick glass divider!!!

Yeah,, I see this monkey guy alot there early morning ,,, Empty head guys are taking over the whole country !!!SADLY !!

Is it just me or is the Big-Bubble-Alien-looking hijabs are getting bigger?

I swear, some girls are starting to look like walking microphones!

Pet monkey = stupid owner.
Monkeys ARE NOT domesticated animals. They are socially advanced creatures who need to interact with their own kind.
Keeping them as pets is wrong. End of.

I’m an anthropology major currently in the states, so i now a lot about primates due to primatology courses and such. This is a Hamadryas baboon typically found in the horn of Africa and the SW Arabian Peninsula around KSA and Yemen. These baboons are HIGHLY AGRESSIVE, especially males, they live in highly structured societies where sexual dimorphism is high and dominance is to be expected. These poor animals are usually dumped by unsuspecting pet owners once they grow old enough to show any sign of there natural instincts. And then you’ll see there owners going from stall to stall in the Friday market trying to get rid of them.

Mark, you recently posted that you hadn’t eaten fast food for quite some time. Just what exactly is McDonald’s???

Grinning guy with camera: Hey, can I take a picture of your monkey?
Monkey Guy: *DOUBLE JACKPOT!* Hey there, sure!
Grinning guy with camera: *LOL little does he know its going to end up on my blog*

wahaha i thought u stopped eating junk food. their breakfast is considered junk LOL!
and even if it was a part of ur diet, it doesnt change the fact that it is junk food.

“I just realized that just over a year ago I posted about the McGangBang and how great it was but now I haven’t had a McDonalds burger (or BK, KFC, Hardees etc..) for nearly a year. I’m eating a lot healthier, having a ton of salad and not really missing any of the fast food. I went from eating at those fast food joints practically daily to never. I think it’s like quitting smoking (I don’t smoke but I’m guessing). It’s difficult at first but then once you’re off you’re off. blah blah blah”-Mark.

I saw a pet monkey a few weeks ago. Is that a big thing here in Kuwait? I mean, I’ve only been here a few months and have seen one, while I lived in America for years and never saw someone with a pet monkey. What’s the deal?
