2:48AM - Entertaining Kuwait since 2003I am trying to find the original video for this version of Sabo7a on YouTube but all I found was this version with a woman singing, this version by Miami Group (don’t even think its the same song) and this newer redone version. Anyone know where I can find the original?

A few months ago I posted a video of two Kuwaiti sisters (twins) with amazing voices singing the US national athem. Well I got an email a few days ago with some new info. The two sisters Sharifa and Aishya Al-Zaabi now go by the name Odyssey. Seems they are now signed up with Young Hustle Records which are based in Texas. They have four songs available online which you can listen to by following the instructions below:
1) Go to www.soundclick.com/younghustlerecords
2) Click on the music tab on the right side
3) Look for the following songs; “Love Is Gone”, “I (Don’t Know)”, “Dance For You” and “Love Is”
If you click on the video tab you can also find some videos of them performing live, I’ve attached one of their videos to this post.
update: Seems they are NOT yet signed up with Young Hustle Records, they are just friends with the label.

Just a reminder, the new Radiohead album, In Rainbows is going to be released tomorrow as a download. The album will come as a 48.8MB zip file which will contain 10 new songs in MP3 format (160kbps). Update: Ok now I am pissed, just tried buying a song and I got the following message:

Update 2: Ok I just tried it again and it worked. I had my primary address my UK mailbox for some reason so I changed it to my US address and it worked. I just purchased my first song and I am currently downloading it! You do not need a American credit card, I used my NBK one.
Update 3: Finished downloading. The tiny Amazon software automatically added it to my iTunes and the song included a high resolution album art cover. Purchasing this song was just tooo easy so I am kinda worried now that this is going to be addictive.

War Stories by UNKLE is the album of the year. My favorite song is number 7, Burn My Shadow. It fucking rocks. This album is wayyy better then anything I have recently heard including Smashing Pumpkin’s Zeitgeist. [Amazon]
Late May I purchased two tickets to the Nine Inch Nails and Foo Fighters concert in Dublin and surprisingly today I received the tickets in regular mail! I had emailed Ticketmaster telling them specifically NOT to mail me the tickets because I was sure they would get lost in the mail. Magically they arrived to my mailbox and not only that, the tickets arrived before the concert date. The Kuwait postal service must have gotten a makeover.
update: My tickets were mailed out on June 12, they arrived to my PO Box on June 20th. One week from Ireland to Kuwait, thats really good.
I have no clue why they did it, but its cool to watch.

Yesterday Tiesto was supposed to be playing in Bahrain but it seems the organizers were liars and Tiesto never ended up showing up. When people started booing the organizers (B&D Entertainment), security started throwing people out and that resulted in a riot. Abadi, a blogger in Bahrain has a full right up writeup of what happened and like the thousands of people who paid to watch Tiesto, he is really pissed. [Link]
