As some of you may have noticed I placed a Google Ad on the right column of my blog. I also placed some ads on various other sites of mine after I read someone made $10,000 a month from these ads. After placing the Ads on my site yesterday afternoon, today I checked the stats and it seems I made around $1.25. Its nothing close to $10,000 a month but say I make $1.5 per day, in a year thats around $550. Its what I call fun money, little money you make which you can buy gadgets with. I don’t what started it but I can’t seem to stop it. I am now up to 2 packs a day which is a lot more then I ever used to have. It’s very strange, once you start you can’t stop, it’s an addiction and I can’t stop, I don’t want to stop. I usually hate chips because they are all greasy and stuff but Bugles is a very different story. It tastes incredible, and once you have the first bite you can’t stop until the pack is finished. I tend to have 2 packs right after each other and would love to have 2 more when I am done with those but I hold my self back. Bugles Original Flavor is just the fucking best! [Link]

Waiting for a phone call now from the mechanic, supposingly 3 of my 4 “bakarat” need changing. I have no clue what bakarat are our what language this word is from or what the hell these bakarat do. Now I am waiting for him to call me and tell me how much it will cost to fix it.

Just took my car to the mechanique because it was making some sounds and vibrations. I don’t like mechanics, they are like doctors. You go to a doctor for a checkup, he tells you that X and Y are wrong with you and that you need to take this and that medicine. You say ok and you leave the office and go get the medicine. You have no clue if the doctor is right or what the hell he was talking about. Same with mechanics. You go there, he tells you that X and Y are fucked up and it will cost you need this and that to fix it. You nod your head pretending you understood what the hell he just spoke about and you agree he fixes them for you.

During the Gulf War I had to leave the majority of my toys behind here in Kuwait because we had to flee the country. That incident scarred me for life I think because I seemed to have developed some kind of psychological issue where I am trying to buy back every toy I had. I spend most of my days flipping through pages of vintages toys and eBay looking for stuff I used to have and then hopefully buying them. So now I have decided to share the toys with you whenever I find any. Today I am gonna start with this “Le Chalet Suisse” toy. It was amazing, its like a classy version of Lego. Its using pieces of real wood and you can build various types of wooden chalets with them. There is no sticking or clicking, the pieces of the wood are shaped in a way that they would fit together and you just stack them up.

Yesterday I found out a friend of a friend of mine gets paid $25,000 a month working for a US company here in Kuwait. His job is basic accounting and every so often he gets sent to Iraq to a heavily protected military base in the middle of no where. When he gets sent to Iraq his salary increases. Another friend of mine, his dads secretary used to get paid KD100 a month, she then left to go work for the Americans. She now averages a salary of KD900 to KD1100 depending on how much overtime she does. She barely speaks English, she doesn’t have any special skills, she is also flat out ugly.

Now I feel like I am in the wrong field or atleast getting under paid. How can I hook myself up with one of those high paying jobs here??

I am back from todays shoot. Was out in the sun since 9AM. I asked Nat to give me our sunblock in the morning but she couldn’t remember where she put it so now I look like a tomato, my face and neck are burnt. Thank you nat!

I woke up at 7AM also today. Something is wrong with the AC. Yesterday the guy came and gave it a full cleaning and it was working perfectly, and then suddenly I wake up today morning all hot and stuff. Now the AC is just giving out air and the hot is really hot. I hope I can find the guy so he can come fix it because I can’t spend the weekend at home like this.

I have a photoshoot in 30 minutes I have to go to. Its going to be shot on a boat which means I have to be on that boat. I don’t know how long the shoot is going to take but I didn’t take any anti sickness medication or anything. Last time I loaded up on pills and it didn’t do shit so today I am planning on going without any medication but with a lot of mental readiness. I just purchased an internet card so I could get online from work. Our internet is still down and this is the first time I use a dial up connection in a long time. KD1 got me 15 hours of internet using Fasttelco which I think is really cheap. The connection though is veryyyy slowwww, I hate dial up. I still remember when I used to get kicked out of BBS’s because of my 2400 baud modem. Nibaq and I used to connect our computers together and he would send me pictures of the Texas A&M chick, each picture would take over 5 minutes to download from him because of my slow modem..

OK, tonight I found out I have a 5 day long photography shoot coming up. It starts on Wednesday 8AM and ends sometime next week. The worse part about this is the first shoot on Wednesday will be on a 70 foot yacht and you know how much I hate boats. I don’t know or should I say I don’t think I will be able to update the blog during the mornings like I usually do so I will probably be posting during the evenings. Its going to be a really hectic week…
