Why couldn’t this be true?? Vote for Shatner and Hasselhoff! [Link]

My friend had her Yahoo account taken over (her mistake) and now all her friends are getting the following email from her:

hello,
I hope this message meets you in best of health, Pardon my mistakes because I am in a hurry writing this, I had traveled to Nigeria for official purposes, Unfortunately for me all my money was stolen at the hotel where I lodged, I am so confused right now,I do not know what to do or where to go,I did not bring my phone here,I have access to only emails, please can you send me $3000

I find that really funny but on a serious note has anyone ever had their Yahoo email taken over and then had the password reset again by Yahoo?

The other day I posted a picture of what some guys in the States did with a Krispy Kreme donut. They took an original glazed donut and stuffed it with a cheese burger and although it looked a bit gross I imagine it probably tasted pretty good. Well some blog readers decided to try it out for themselves and went to Marina Mall and created their very own Krispy Kreme Cheeseburger. They’ve posted some pictures of the burger in the forum and even a video of it being eaten. This is something I’ve got to try.

I have been trying to follow this year�s ‘Ramadan Season’ television; however, most of our beloved shows have given up on originality and are just trying to add a new taboo to a recycled story line.

My family actually looks forward to the commercial breaks more than the shows themselves. You know there is something wrong when advertisements are more entertaining than the content itself. [YouTube]

In the comments of the previous Blockbuster post someone mentioned a Kuwaiti movie called “One More Chance” that is going to get released soon in Kuwait. So I did a quick Google and found the trailer for it on the blog Buzberry. It looks like its going to be a really funny movie. I think they’ve spoofed movies like Get Smart (which I watched a few days back and really liked), The Matrix and James Bond. The production quality and acting seems like complete crap but I guess that helps making it a comedy. Check out the trailer above. [YouTube]

Monthy Python fans will appreciate this. One of the funniest scenes in the movie Monty Python and the Holy Grail is the scene with the black knight. Now Computer Gear is selling a black knight doll featuring tear-off and stick-on arms and legs and also shouts out famous quotes like “Tis nothing but a scratch” or the famous “I’ll bite your legs off!”. It’s only $30 which isn’t too bad. [Link]

If I hadn’t taken this picture myself I would have definitely thought it was a fake because no way on earth would I have ever imagined that someone would call a juice shop “Love Life Boost”. The place is located in the Marina Mall food court.
