I have really had enough. I am really starting to hate it. I can’t stand Burger King anymore. I have been having it nearly everyday since December and I think I just hit my BK limit. Every so often when I try to reply to a comment on this site I get a problem. I would type my message and then click on “Say It” and I would just get a white page. I then have to click reload over and over until my comment goes through and gets posted. Anyone else have this problem?

But when I access flickr.com it works. Many of my friends have also

I was listening to VOA (96.9) over the weekend and this show started I forgot what it was called but basically it was a show where you would call in and give your feedback about VOA. I thought that was perfect, I could finally call in and complain about their stupid special english show, and how the way they say the news at night very slowly is such a stupid idea. So I pick up my phone and wait for them to give out their number when this guy from India calls in. The guy was blind, and he spent the next 10 minutes talking about how the special english show was the best and how it helped him learn English. He kept asking the announcer if his English was any good and the announcer would reply yeah its great, then the blind guy would say well this is all because of your show. Then he kept on going about how he loves the way they present the news with a vocabulary of only 1500 words and how it helps him and his friends improve their english. Anyway after all that bullshit I put my phone down, there was no way I was gonna call in after a blind man and complain about a show which helped him learn english. Just my luck, now I got to wait till next month when they air the show again to call in.

This was todays B-Side for Miskan. I liked this shot because it looked very psychedelic. No photoshop filter of any sort was applied. No mirrors were involved in this picture.

Today from work on our Fasttelco DSL connection I couldn’t access flickr using the URL www.flickr.com. When accessing flickr.com it would work but when I typed www.flickr.com I would getting the following error:

At first I thought it might have been just me and something to do with the server at work, BUT in the post below about flickr being banned in UAE, Bloboz commented that he was getting the forbidden access denied message. Is anyone else facing that issue? Is Fasttelco blocking flickr?

I was chatting with Nibaq today and he mentioned that he might have read somewhere that Flickr was either banned in UAE or the ISP there is doing something to slow down the uploading of photos. So I decided to ask some UAE people on Flickr and this is what they had to say:
