Matt Harding became famous by accident awhile back when a video of him dancing in front of landmarks in different countries became an overnight success. Now Matt is back with a new video thats been in the making for over a year. This time around he visited and danced in 42 different countries and one them was Kuwait. Update: Here is a link to Matt’s journal when he was in Kuwait. I honestly thought he was a nice guy but after reading his journal I now think he’s a jerk. Watching the video above you get a feeling of world unity and peace but then when you find out the kind of person Matt really is it suddenly makes sense why the world is at war. [Link]

This is a video presentation of The Mall of Kuwait which is currently being built. Judging by the video it looks pretty big but the most impressive thing has to be the 750 seat performance hall. The mall was originally scheduled to open this year but I don’t know if thats still the target time. [YouTube]

A few days ago BBC Channel 4 aired the first live advert in the UK for Honda. When I say live I mean live. A group of elite skydivers jumped simultaneously from two aeroplanes and formed the letters H, O, N, D and A in sequence, within a three minute time limit to advertise the new Honda Accord. Some students at the French School of Kuwait attempted to all freeze at the same time a la “Frozen Grand Central” except the result didn’t turn out that good really. At least they tried, maybe the next one will be better. Forward to around 4 minutes into the video, thats when they freeze. [YouTube]

There is a new Kuwaiti female video blogger that goes by the nickname Litharia1. She has a few videos on YouTube all uploaded within the last 3 days. I think its kinda fishy, I think its like the Kuwaiti version of lonelygirl15. Anyway here is a link to all her videos. [Link]

This story totally surprised me. I was talking to my brother today when he mentioned that last month a flash mob here in Beirut replicated “Frozen Grand Central” except in a mall. Over 200 people participated and although I think the Grand Central freeze was nicer I am totally surprised that a flash mob exists in Lebanon. Someone should setup a flash mob group for Kuwait.
