So far in 7 days I have made $20.32 via the Google Adsense program. It doesn’t sound much but at this rate I should be able to make over $1000 a year if my websites don’t get more popular. I have placed the google ads on 248AM.com and Miskan.com but I receive the bulk of visitors on my other older sites. I am thinking of expanding even and placing ads on more of my sites. A few days ago I was at McDonalds and I ordered the Fillet-O-Fish combo with a Quarter Pounder Sandwich. which was supposed to come up to a total of KD1.650 according to the “McDonalds Pricing Bug“. But suddenly the McDonalds chick was asking for KD1.850! I thought I must have miscalculated and had my lunch.
Yesterday night I passed by McDonalds and I asked the manager if they had increased the prices. He told me they had, by 50fils. Thats not 100% accurate though. Some of the value meals like the Fillet-O-Fish combo and the Double Cheese Burger combo were priced at a super value price of KD1. Now they are priced at KD1.150 which is a 150fils more expensive! The breakfast menu seems to be intact and unchanged, the 100fils ice cream cone is still 100fils also. When I asked the manager why the prices had increased, he told me that its due to the increase in the price of the goods. So now Starbucks and Mcdonalds have increased their prices, whos next? I heard Chilis also increased their prices.

The Doom movie is going to come out soon. Its being directed by Andrzej Bartkowiak, the guy who directed the movies Twins, Speed, Dante’s Peak, The Devil’s Advocate, Lethal Weapon 4 and Thirteen Days. The problem though the movie is starring The Rock! Thats why the movie will suck, The Rock sucks. Maybe 12 year olds think he is cool but to adults he is just lame, they might as well have used Hulk Hogan instead. I am trying to think of who would be better then The Rock but sadly I can’t seem to think of anyone else. Van Diesel is more of the extreme sports guy who cares only about himself, not the team leader type. Sylvester Stallone seems like a good option with his past experiences but he’s old now, Woody Harrelson although cool in Natural Born Killers I just can’t seem him leading a group of elite men on a mission to Mars. Who else is left? Wesley Snipes? No, Clive Owen? No, Samuel L. Jackson? No, Colin Farrell? No. There really aren’t that many guys who can fit the part.
Actually, maybe Robert De Niro would fit the part. He was pretty cool in Heat oh and Val Kilmer, he would also fit the part, even Al Pacino. Denis Leary was cool in Judgment Night. Actually if you put these guys together they would make a pretty cool fucking team. That would make Doom a much better movie. Put Robert De Niro, Val Kilmer, Al Pacino and Denis Leary on the same team against The Rock, Van Diesel, Collin Farel and Wesley Snipes and I think you would have one fucking amazing movie.

I have hundreds of CDs, sometimes I make a mistake and buy something really crappy but I have to say the crappiest CD I ever got was James Iha’s solo album “Let it come down“. James Iha was the guitarist in Smashing Pumpkins and when he came out with his solo album I went and bought it right away, biggest mistake in history. Its crap, terrible, slow, boring, country music like, very gay and his voice just plain sucks. I have no clue how his album has a 4.5 out 5 rating on Amazon, probably all his girl fans went and rated him or something.
I was having a discussion with someone at work about how in India they eat light bulbs (I don’t know where I heard about that). The guy didn’t believe that was possible, so we called this Indian girl into the office and I asked her if its true there are people in India who eat light bulbs. She replied tell me there was this one guy she knew of who did eat a light bulb. She then went on to tell us the guy also ate a tractor. At first I thought we must have misunderstood but we hadn’t. Some guy in India ate a tractor! She then told us about this one poor family who didn’t have money for food and so they started eating soil. Now they only eat soil and refuse to eat food. Strange stuff… I decided to google the tractor guy cuz I figured there can’t be that many people who have eaten tractors before and I found an article about this guy in the States who also ate a tractor! David Beckham is facing a legal battle over who owns the right to his tattoos, because body artist Louis Malloy fears the British soccer star is making money from his designs.
Malloy designed and inked nine of Beckham’s tattoos, including the famous guardian angel on his upper back, and is determined to sue should the Real Madrid ace use the images in an advertising campaign.
The 42-year-old claims Beckham, who is married to ex-Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, tried to force him to sign a confidentiality agreement, but he refused.
Malloy says, “I was contacted recently and told they wanted to use some of them in a campaign. I said we’d have to draw up a license agreement but then it got too complicated. So I said, ‘I own the copyright, they are my intellectual property, I drew them, I didn’t copy them from other sources.’
“They still think they’re the owners of the images but if they use them without my permission I’d sue. There’s no doubt about it.” [Source]
