This is one concert I would love to go to, maybe they will come out with a DVD for it. Starting July 6th at the Hollywood Bowl, the first major U.S. concert tour featuring music from a variety of the most popular video games will begin.

The announced game titles for the 2005 tour are:
Mario, Zelda, Halo, Metal Gear Solid, Warcraft, Myst, Castlevania, Medal of Honor, God of War, Kingdom Hearts, Sonic, Tron, Tomb Raider, Advent Rising, Headhunter, Beyond Good & Evil, Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six, EverQuest II and a special retro arcade segment that goes from Pong to Donkey Kong!

Update: Other shows to look out for, Pet Shop Boys in Moscow, Pink Floyd and Velvet Revolver in London and Placebo in Paris.

Update 2: WOW, Audioslave are playing acoustic version of Sound Gardens “Black Hole Sun”. I hope they play some Rage Against the Machine songs!!

KD3.5 doesnt sound bad. Probably will try it tomorrow night before starwars.

Just got my two tickets to the Volleyball Tournament this weekend held by The Communication Zone. Its going to be at Kempinski Hotel this Friday. Supposingly over a thousand tickets were sold so its going to be really crowded..

The Lebanese communitee in Kuwait is organizing a Fund raising dinner gala aimed at providing financial contribution to all those who lost their jobs, suffered bodily injury, or endured tragic loss of life since the hideous crime carried out against the martyrs that fell on February 14th, 2005… and among them, fell the martyr Rafiq al Hariri.

The dinner will take place on the 14th of April, as we commemorate 60 days since the assasination, at the Lebanese famous restaurant Burj Al Hamam (Gulf Road).

We invite you to be part of a fund raising dinner that will take place in Kuwait as a support for our friends and families in our beloved country Lebanon. The event is supported by most of the Kuwaitis media, Future TV and companies in Kuwait.

Time for men to put aside their trousers and ties and dress in the comfy dishdasha for a Kuwaiti clothing experience. Women can wear the traditional “daraa” which is a long, loose gown usually worn at home, for an elegant yet comfortable look. For those who are not sure they want to invest in a dishdasha or daraa, the AWARE Center will provide a selection from which to borrow for the evening, and a local vendor will sell ladies daraas.
