Hopefully what he said is true and things are going to get better. What new service I would like to see is maybe a mail back to sender option where we could ship products back to the States incase of damages or returns.
Update: Turns out the service IS available!

Returning a package to USA which was originally shipped as SNS shipment is possible depending on goods itself and its value. USA have some tighten customs regulations on imported goods into their country. Whenever you have any such case please feel free to contact us back at [email protected] prividing us with original ARAMEX airway bill number which you received the shipment under, description of the content and its original value.
